New Venture in Driffield

Inspired by one of our team, Jen, we have established a forest school site in Driffield, East Yorkshire.  This is still in its early stages of life, but Jen has already started running sessions for toddlers and their parents.

Jen says: "I’m Jen, the face behind Forest Quest Driffield, running forest school sessions from The Orchard – a beautiful family site just off Beverley Road.

I’m an ex-primary school teacher with QTS and a PGCE, fully DBS checked, and currently training as a Forest School Leader. I work alongside Forest Quest York, and I’m so excited to be bringing their ethos and approach to outdoor learning into my own local community.

I’m also a mum to a busy 1-year-old, with another little one on the way 🤍

We’re still very much new and growing – learning, building, and improving as we go – but our aim is simple: to offer meaningful, nurturing outdoor education for Driffield children, rooted in curiosity, confidence, and connection to nature."



Current Sessions

The focus for now at Forest Quest Driffield is to provide Sunday morning sessions for toddlers up to the age of 2 and their parents.  Sessions are for 1.5 hours and cost £7 for child and parents.  Sessions include several fun activities with plenty of opportunity for the children to explore, get muddy, and just enjoy being outside.
